Donat Kazarinoff , mathematics professor from the University at Ann Arbor made a circle of the oval at the park Tuesday

evening studying the sines and cosines of the times , observing how the moon - gazing cars were parked at a tangent , wondering if everything was exactly on the square or whether a few triangles were represented and it is quite possible he heard a few elliptical noises ( lip - tickle noises ) .
